Australia was day 7 of Olympic Cooking 2022. We made meat pie.

I think all of us but the youngest liked this. The bottom crust was a little tough (this was on me bc I used Filo dough instead of shortcrust dough because I couldn’t find it and I had filo dough on hand. I think the layers dried out too much before I assembled the pie. This was full of rich flavor and the crust (at least the top part) was tasty!
