Since it's the opening day of the Olympics, we decided to celebrate the good ole USA. Our dinner consisted of hamburgers with the all-American toppings of ketchup, mustard & pickles, french fries and corn on the cob. Sorry, no recipes tonight. I'm guessing you can figure it out! Dessert was our Rice Krispie Treat torches while we watched the opening ceremonies.

How cool were the video screens!?! I loved when the snow covered ground was suddenly ice breaking apart. And then when it was wheat fields. Breathtaking! I also loved the fiddlers and dancing.
